Year One to Year Six Curriculum information
We regularly review our curriculum to ensure that it is progressive, engaging and meeting the needs of the pupils. If appropriate, we link subjects together to make learning meaningful for our children, however we ensure children develop the skills and knowledge of each subject in depth. We also block units of work so children understand the complete process, e.g. in design and technology. Using the National Curriculum as a basis, we strive to create a curriculum that empowers our pupils, ensuring they are motivated and challenged. Our key curriculum drivers are: resilience, respect and aspirations.
