|Mrs K Salt||01.09.2018||Pupil Premium Link Governor||I have been a governor at St John's since 2013 and I have worked with the school through the transition to become an Academy. Having worked in the education sector for over 20 years I have visited many schools and have seen numerous changes to strategies and policies over that time. I'm acutely aware of the challenges facing schools and have seen many different ways schools have dealt with them. I enjoy being a part of the school community and hope to make a difference for the school, pupils, teachers and parents now and in the future. I am proud to be part of a wider team all working together in moving the school forward with the best interests of the children at the core of all decision making. Since my twins started in Reception in 2016 I can see what a great community we have here at St Johns and look forward to helping the school go from strength to strength.|
